Returns
Contact shopdadlabco@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Include your order number and reason. Contact us before mailing an item for return instructions.
For changes of mind, items must be unused with original packaging and all parts. The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable for changes of mind.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. We cover necessary return shipping for verified defects and fulfillment errors, or arrange another appropriate resolution.
Refunds
We notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
