Shipping options and charges
Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Please review them before placing your order. Free shipping applies only when expressly offered for your order. Carrier delivery dates are estimates.
Tracking and address changes
When your order ships, we send tracking information to the contact information provided at checkout. Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct. To request an address change or cancellation, email shopdadlabco@gmail.com promptly. Changes may not be possible after shipment.
Delivery problems
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears lost in transit, email shopdadlabco@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and help. Please retain the packaging for damaged deliveries.
